Me ???

Oh I am not that importent. Photography is a hobby for me which I indulged into fairly recently after getting a Finepix S9600. Still learning ropes on the basics. Quite soon I will be making a move to DSLR. Just got to decide Canon or Nikon. $$$ factor counts a lot.

So I took the dive and got me a refurb Canon 20D. I have tried Xt/Xti and I tried 30d, and then bought a 20D. 20D is almost identical to 30D apart from the fact that 30D got spot metering and bigger LCD. I do not care much about both. 20D is an awesome camera and These few days I have used it and I am already in love.

I went ahead and updated my gear a little. Now I have the following.

Camera Body: EOS 20D, EOS 1D mark II, EOS 3 (Film)

Lenses: EF 50mm f/1.8, EF 100-400 f/4-5.6 L IS, Ef-s 18-55mm kit lens

Flash: Sigma 500DG Super

Bag: Lowepro Computracker

Let me assure you, 1 series bodies are magical. AF accuracy and built makes up for everything. In future I will look into adding a full frame body to my arsenal but as of now I am happy with my gear. Only thing I am looking for now is a good copy of either 24-105 or 24-70mm to cover the wide angle. Need to add tripod and head to my gear as well.
